B. Modification of Site Terms

Daily's reserves the right to modify the Site Terms in its sole discretion from time to time and only Daily's has the right to do so. If the Site Terms are changed, Daily's will post the new terms on this Site and note the date they were last updated. Any changes or modification will be effective upon posting of the Site Terms as revised, and your use of this Site following the posting will constitute your acceptance of the new Site Terms.

In addition, all page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and scripts are trademarks, and/or trade dress of Daily's, and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Daily's. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names and company names or logos mentioned herein are the property of their respective owners.

Restrictions on Use
